- What is the minimum order quantity?
- We typically deliver from one bag (25 kg) for commodity materials. For special grades and color concepts, the minimum order quantity is determined by the manufacturer's requirements – we will gladly specify it as part of your inquiry.
- What is the typical delivery time?
- Stock items are delivered within 2–5 business days within the Czech Republic and throughout the EU. Non-standard grades or color concepts typically take 3–6 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
- Do you provide technical data and certificates (MSDS, RoHS, REACH)?
- Yes. For each batch, we provide a Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS), REACH/RoHS declaration, and if required, a food contact declaration or UL certificate.
- Do you also supply recyclates and regranulates?
- Yes, we supply high-quality post-industrial recyclates (PA6, PA66, PC, ABS, PP) with declared mechanical properties. We will help you choose the right recyclate to meet your application's requirements.
- Can you help with material selection for a specific application?
- Yes, technical support is free. Describe your application, operating temperature, chemical environment, and mechanical load – we will recommend a suitable polymer and grade.
- Where do you deliver?
- Standardly throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary, and other EU countries. Exports outside the EU are handled individually.
- How does a quality complaint work?
- We address complaints based on the provided sample and processing records. We always provide a test report (viscosity, MFR, mechanics) for the complaint. We close the complaint process within 30 days.
- Are the listed prices final?
- Prices depend on quantity, material, color concept, and the current situation in the polymer market. We will gladly prepare a non-binding price offer within 24 hours of your inquiry.
